Does the hotel have family rooms available?

There are no specific family rooms, however, an additional bed can be added to the Deluxe Garden Suite, while the Superior Garden Suite is equipped with a sofa bed ideal for one additional guest.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

There is one ground floor suite that is wheelchair accessible. Please inform our team prior to your arrival so that we can make any necessary adjustments to facilitate your stay. Both restaurants are at ground level and accessible. There is also a disabled toilet located in the bathroom facilities within the Marl Caves.

Are there fitness facilities?

We do not have a gym, however there are many natural hiking and running trails in the surrounding area, as well as biking routes throughout the region.

Are there age restrictions when staying at the hotel?

We have no age restrictions, however for any unsupervised guests, under 18 years old, we require a written agreement, with a parent's signature and copy of their ID, Passport or Driving Licence to be sent to the Hotel Reception via email.

Are there secure parking spaces?

We have complimentary parking for hotel guests at the property, which is monitored by security cameras.

Are there charging points for electric cars available?

We have four charging stations for electric cars available in the car park.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in Restaurant L'Auberge and in Restaurant Château Neercanne, but pets are not permitted in our suites.
