Oostwegel Collection is registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number  
14037415 and VAT number NL007284615B01. The head office is located at St. Gerlach 70, 6301JD, Valkenburg aan de Geul.  

Oostwegel Collection acts following the Uniform Conditions of the Hotel and Catering Industry (Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca - UVH). These are binding for anyone using our services.  

Cancellation Terms 

Online hotel reservations for up to five rooms, per reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, if done by 15:00. If cancelling after 15:00, or unable to check-in, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged*. 

Room reservations are guaranteed until 18:00 on the date of arrival. If arriving later, please inform the hotel reception. 

Cancellations must be in writing (email, fax or by mail) or via the online booking system account login. 

*reservation fee is the confirmed price of the number of nights booked 

Non-Refundable Rate 

Different cancellation terms apply for our special non-refundable rates. If booking the reduced rate, the reservation fee must be paid in full, immediately and no changes or cancellations are possible. With a non-refundable reservation, the credit card is charged immediately. 

Oostwegel Collection collects data and performs marketing and e-commerce activities on the domains of: oostwegelcollection.nl, neercanne.nl, winselerhof.nl, stgrlach.nl, kruisheren.nl, corneliresidences.nl.  

All the available information on our website has been carefully selected and with utmost discretion.
