Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at our property, with the exception of support animals.

Does the hotel have family rooms available?

There are two rooms with connecting doors available for families of up to four people. An additional bed can be added to the Junior Suites to accommodate one extra guest. One additional adult bed and a maximum of two baby cots can be added to the Kruisherensuite.

Are there any accessibility considerations?

The property is completely wheelchair accessible, with the exception of a handful of rooms. Due to the unique nature of the buildings, some rooms are designed with steep, narrow staircases and architecturally unique windows that reflect the original contours of the monastery, particularly rooms located under the rafters.

Please inform our team prior to your arrival so that we can make any necessary adjustments to facilitate your stay.

Are there fitness facilities?

We do not have a gym, however there is a fitness centre five minutes walk from the hotel. The entry fee is €20 per person.

Are there secure parking spaces?

We offer valet parking at €45 per car, per night. Our colleagues will be on hand to park your car in our private and secure car park.

Are there charging points for electric cars available?

We have four charging stations for electric cars, one in the short-term car park in front of the hotel, and three in our private car park. Charging using our hotel card costs €12 per session. It is also possible to use your own card at your own expense. Charging is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.

Are there age restrictions when staying at the hotel?

We have no age restrictions, however for any unsupervised guests, under 18 years old, we require a written agreement, with a parent's signature and copy of their ID, Passport or Driving Licence to be sent to the Hotel Reception via email.
